Oscar Nominated Scores on NPR
Andy Trudeau does his annual rundown of the the Best Original Score category at this year's Oscars.
The score category has always been my favorite, me being a film music nut.
Here Trudeau offers some excellent insight into the scores themselves, playing clips to illustrate his points. He has done Babel and The Queen, and will finish up with The Good German, Notes on a Scandal, and Pan's Labyrinth next week.
